Every visit follows the same written checklist, so nothing depends on who shows up that day:
- Kitchen — counters, sink, stovetop, exterior of appliances, cabinet fronts, table, floors.
- Bathrooms — tub and shower, toilet, sink and vanity, mirrors, fixtures, floors, sanitized.
- Bedrooms and living areas — dusting of all reachable surfaces, beds made, mirrors and glass, vacuuming.
- Floors throughout — vacuumed and hard floors mopped.
- High-touch points — switches, handles, railings and doorknobs hand-wiped.

What is included in a residential cleaning?

Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Recurring cleaning has no long-term contract. Change frequency, skip a week or pause anytime.
Are your cleaners employees or subcontractors?
They are our W-2 employees — background-checked, trained by us, insured and bonded. We never send subcontractors into your home.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients give us a key, lockbox or garage code and come home to a clean house.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes — all products, cloths, vacuums and equipment are included, and we can go fragrance-free or pet-safe on request.
How soon can you start?
Most homes can start within 1–2 weeks, and we can often fit a one-time deep clean in sooner.
